I started Wren because I know firsthand how stressful it can be when care falls through, schedules change, or family life suddenly needs an extra pair of trusted hands.
As a husband and dad, I have lived the scramble: the group texts, public posts, endless searching, and hope that someone reliable responds in time. For too many families, finding trusted help still feels harder than it should.
Wren was built to change that — giving families faster, easier access to reliable childcare and household support from caregivers they can trust. Less friction. More confidence. Help when life does not go according to plan.
Throughout my career, I have focused on solving complex problems, moving quickly, and building teams grounded in trust, reliability, and execution. Wren brings that same standard to family care.
We are starting in Hoboken, New Jersey — the community my family and I call home — and we are just getting started.

As Wren's Head of Care Experience, Kristie helps shape the standard for caregiver quality, safety, and family trust.
She brings more than 25 years of experience in early childhood education, with deep roots in the Hoboken community. From her years as a Head Pre-K4 teacher to teaching kindergarten and first grade in Hoboken Public Schools, and later founding, staffing, and managing two early childhood programs in Hoboken, Kristie has built a reputation as a warm, trusted, and deeply dedicated childcare provider.
As both an educator and a mom, Kristie understands what families need to feel comfortable welcoming someone into their home. At Wren, she brings that experience, discernment, and care to keep the platform grounded in the quality and trust families deserve.
